An Easy, Cheesy and Delicious Breakfast

Everyone loves pizza, or at least everyone should love pizza. This week I’ve been really into making flatbreads and pizzas- the most recent being a breakfast pizza. What sounds better than breakfast and pizza combined? Uhh… not much. This recipe is literally fool proof and super easy to make so have fun with it!
-Refrigerated pizza dough
-3 cloves of garlic
-Bacon/ sausage (why not both?)
-Add some spinach for color (optional)
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees and let your dough sit out at room temperature for 15 minutes to let rise and warm up. After that, spread your dough out to desired thickness.
Mince cloves of garlic and sprinkle directly on pizza dough. Slice mozzarella and put evenly on pizza dough. Thin slice potatoes and put desired layer on pizza. Slap some bacon or sausage or both on there. Sprinkle the top with as much parmesan as your little heart desires.
Put your pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes. About 7 minutes before pizza is done crack as many eggs as you desire on top. (if you don’t like runny eggs crack the eggs on the pizza before you initially put it into the oven and the yolk will be cooked all the way through by the end)
Take your pizza out of the oven and eat that shit like its your job!
